What it costs
Online menopause hormone therapy pricing at Golden Leaf Health: a $99 first visit, then $49 a month for ongoing care. Prescriptions and labs are extra.
Your main costs are $99 for your first visit, then $49 a month for ongoing care. Prescriptions and lab tests are priced separately and depend on your plan.
The first visit: $99
What the visit involves: what happens at your first menopause telehealth visit.
A one-on-one video visit with a clinician licensed in your state about your symptoms, health history, lifestyle and goals. Your provider decides whether labs would change the plan and, if treatment is right for you, builds it with you.
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead and the $99 is refunded in full. Cancel later than that, or miss the visit, and it isn’t refunded, but you can still reschedule.
Membership: $49 a month
Membership begins one month after your first visit and is required for refills and ongoing care. It includes:
- 2–3 follow-up visits with a doctor to adjust your plan
- Text check-ins and HIPAA-compliant messaging with your care team
- Regular Q&A sessions
- A library of resources
- Optional supplements through Fullscript at member pricing
It renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time online, by phone or by email; your care continues until the end of the month you’ve paid for. Rejoin within 3 months and you pick up at $49 a month; after that, you start again with a $99 visit. The full rules are in our cancellation policy.

Your provider tells you what they recommend and why before anything is ordered. Not everyone needs labs to start; your doctor goes over that at the first visit, and tests are repeated periodically once treatment begins to monitor how it’s working.

Four things affect what you pay over a year: the visit model, prescriptions, labs and what is included. Per-visit fees can add up when doses need adjusting; the monthly membership includes follow-ups. FDA-approved estradiol and progesterone products and compounded prescriptions are priced differently, and pharmacies vary. We don’t mark prescriptions up. Labs are ordered when they may change the plan. Supplements are optional and sold near cost.
Insurance, FSA and HSA
We don’t take insurance. We do accept FSA and HSA payments, and you can use them for the first visit and the membership.
