Our mission is to empower women in their menopause journey by providing holistic, individualized and compassionate care. We want every woman to experience improved health, happiness and self-image during this time of life. Most importantly though – we listen! Our specialized team deeply understands the physical, emotional and mental changes a woman goes through when entering her later years. Our purpose is to help you find balance again.
Our Team
Dr. Ashley Alexis, ND
Dr. Ashley Alexis is a licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor who specializes in menopause care. She graduated from Bastyr University San Diego, a leading institution in science-based natural medicine and research. Dr. Alexis is passionate about empowering her patients to take charge of their health, using evidence-based natural therapies to address the root causes of menopause symptoms and optimize hormonal balance. She is committed to guiding and supporting women in every phase of their menopause journey, so they can live a long and healthy life full of purpose and love.
Dr. Steve Groke, MD
Dr. Steve Groke, affectionately known as “Dr. Steve” by his patients and staff, is an emergency medicine trained physician who graduated from the University of Portland in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. He went on to complete medical school at the University of Utah and an emergency medicine residency in Tucson Arizona. Dr. Steve has since worked in a variety of emergency departments and has also served as a medical director of an integrative medical clinic and a supervising physician of various local naturopathic, men’s hormone replacement clinics and aesthetics clinics. He is committed to helping patients achieve their best health through bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
